Our founder, Chloe Sowter is a qualified executive coach, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and brings 15 years of experience in HR leadership in the public and private sector.  

Chloe understands deeply the weight of expectations, decisions and leadership that senior executives carry in corporate organisations.  Little Green Shoots has been developed to support senior executives and managers to navigate the complexity of collective corporate leadership.
