As founder of Little Green Shoots and a career executive HR professional, Chloe understands  the weight of expectations, decisions and leadership that senior executives carry in corporate organisations.  Her profoundly human, pragmatic and straight-talking approach has made her a go-to HR professional throughout her career – balancing the reality of corporate life with elevating and lifting individuals and teams.

A qualified executive coach, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and with extensive experience in HM Government, Chloe has undertaken senior HR roles in various organizations, including as HR Director of UK Space Agency and Set-Up Director of Great British Energy. She has a long history of partnering with executives and senior managers to drive transformation, lead through crises, foster engaged cultures and deliver results through authentic leadership.  Her style is candid but with an unending well of empathy and compassion for the challenges of corporate life.

Throughout her career, Chloe has gained deep expertise in unblocking organisation, leadership and career challenges for executive level clients.

Personally, she has also experienced first-hand raising a young family in exposed and pressurised environments and in founding Little Green Shoots Chloe has realised her own dreams of a greater life balance while still enjoying the huge satisfaction of supporting others in unlocking their goals.
