Booking Terms

Little Green Shoots Executive Coaching

These Booking Terms apply when you book and pay for coaching with Little Green Shoots online, including the Career Reset Programme and the Redundancy Consultation. Please read them before you book. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. About Little Green Shoots

Little Green Shoots is run by Chloe Sowter, an EMCC-accredited coach and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. You can contact me at chloe@littlegreenshoots.org.uk.

2. Services and Prices

Each service, including what it includes, the number and length of sessions and the price, is described on its page of this website. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you book. [Little Green Shoots is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.]

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, unless a deposit or instalment option is offered for that service. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Your Coaching Agreement

After you book, I will send you my Coaching Agreement, which sets out how we will work together, including confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection. Please read, sign and return it before your first session. If there is any inconsistency between these Booking Terms and your Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement will prevail.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel and receive a full refund.

If you would like your coaching to start within those 14 days, please let me know when you book. If you then cancel within the 14-day period, you will pay for any sessions already delivered and receive a refund for the rest. If you book a single session, such as a Redundancy Consultation, and it takes place in full within the 14 days at your request, your right to cancel ends once the session has been delivered.

To cancel, email chloe@littlegreenshoots.org.uk. Refunds are made within 14 days using your original payment method.

6. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered. If I need to reschedule, I will offer you an alternative time at no extra cost.

Programme sessions should be used within 24 weeks of your first session unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Ending a Programme Early

If, after our first session, we agree that coaching is not the right fit for you, I will refund the fees for your remaining sessions. I will also refund any unused sessions if I need to end our work together.

If you choose to end a programme early for any other reason after the 14-day cancellation period, fees for unused sessions are non-refundable

8. The Nature of Coaching

Coaching supports your thinking, learning and decision-making. It is not counselling or therapy, and it does not constitute legal, financial, tax or medical advice. I bring HR expertise to our sessions, but where you need legal or financial advice, for example on a settlement agreement, you should seek it from an appropriately qualified professional.

I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your own commitment and action, and the decisions you make remain your own.

9. Employer-Funded Coaching

If your employer or another organisation is paying for your coaching, these terms still apply. The content of our sessions remains confidential, and only attendance or information you have agreed to share will be reported to them.

10. Our Responsibilities

I will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill. I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for decisions you make during or after coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Your Personal Data

I will use your personal information in line with my Privacy Policy at littlegreenshoots.org.uk/privacy-policy.

12. Complaints

If you have any concerns, please contact me directly and I will do my best to resolve them promptly. As an EMCC-accredited coach, I work to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, and if a concern remains unresolved you may also contact the EMCC.

13. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
